Can we have a late check out?

Standard check out time is 12pm, in special circumstances we allow guest to check out at 2pm, after 2pm guests will incur a 200k fee per hour.

Are smoking rooms available?

ALL our rooms are NON SMOKING, smoking is permitted on your private balcony and in designated areas only.

Is there parking available?

We have parking for cars and scooters, neither of these are undercover.

Are extra beds available?

Rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. For any extra persons over the age of 12, there is an additional cost of IDR 350K (including breakfast) per person per night.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Please refer to our cancellation policy in the “Our policy” area of the website.

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is served between 8am - 10:30am.

Our internet speed is up to 65mbps

Is there wheel chair access?

Regrettably, we currently do not have wheelchair access to our facilities. However, please rest assured that our dedicated staff is more than willing to assist you during your stay to ensure your comfort and convenience to the best of our ability.

Whats the go with Gojek/ Grab services?

Due to local laws these services are only permitted for drop off and delivery.

What credit cards do you accept?

We except all major credit cards.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we are pet friendly. Maximum 2 pets per room and as a guest your are responsible for cleaning up after your furry companion. Any damages that occur will be charged accordingly.

What’s are the cats and dogs names?

The white patchy cat is Theodore, he is the boss of everybody.
The black cat is Cleo, is is very shy and prefers to be left alone.
The black dog is Caesar, he is the peace keeper.
The light brown/white dog is Steven, he loves adventures, don’t be surprised if he joins you for your walks around the villa.
The brindle dog is Bri, she is cautious but curious.
The tri coloured cat is Athena, she loves cuddles.
The brown dog is Darla, she is the baby of the family, she is very sassy.
